Getting Started

Register at the sign-up page and choose "I am a student." Enter your name, email, and a password. You will receive an 8-digit confirmation code by email. Enter it to activate your account. Use the same email address that your tutor has on file for you — this is how Matheia connects your account to your tutor's records.

After logging in you land on the portal home, which shows anything waiting for your response and then today's lessons. The sidebar reaches the rest: your tutors and the tutor directory, your lessons and group classes, tasks set for you, your bookings and monthly plans, payments, notes, and your settings. On mobile, open it from the menu icon.

Your portal shows the tutors you are connected to. A connection forms when you book a tutor, when a tutor adds you and you register with the same email address, or when either of you sends a connection request the other accepts. You may also be invited to a group class or to an organization — those invitations appear on your portal home for you to accept or decline. If you work with several tutors, you see all of them in one place.
